Adams, William Grylls (1836 - 1915)
W.G. Adams is the brother of J.C. Adams
and was born on the 16 February 1836 in Laneast near Launceston, Cornwall.
He received a BA in 1859 and was member of the Jesus College in Cambridge.
From 1865 on he was Professor of mathematics at the King's College in London.
He published, beside a lot of mathematical work, a report on the solar eclipse on 22. December 1870 as observed from Sicily. W. G. Adams died on the 10 April 1915.
