Aluminum OTA, 1 meter long. 2" Focusser with 1.25 eyepiece
On 2002-05-25 I aquired this OTA. I haven't decided what to do with
it, but it will be a telescope some day.
According to someone who knows this stuff the telescope is of the Dall-Kirkham
variety, with an oblate ellipsoid as a primary and a spherical secondary.
Aluminum OTA, 1 meter long. 2" Focusser with 1.25 eyepiece
Main mirror, 30,4 cm (12") with broken surface. Someone glued it full
surface to the Aluminum base plate, currently I am trying to get them apart.
While at work I 'discovered' a stamp mark that identified it as an originally
'Ernst Aeppli' optics.
